The Town of New Tecumseth - Façade Improvement Guidelines were developed to augment the Town's Urban Design Guidelines and Landscape Design Guidelines by providing property owners in the three urban commercial cores of Alliston, Beeton and Tottenham, guidelines for restoring and/or refurbishing their commercial storefront facades in the context of an historical building conservation strategy. The Guidelines are intended to assist in the overall enhancement of the visual appearance of the commercial core areas in support of their long term economic viability.

Note:
The Façade Improvement Guidelines contains several photographic images and maps and is approximately 8 megabytes in size. It has therefore been separated into two sections: Part 1 - General Guidelines and Part 2 - Specific Guidelines. Either section may take a few minutes to download if you have a slow internet connection. Please contact the Planning Department if you are unable to download either of these sections and therefore wish to obtain a copy of the Guidelines.
